Subject to the restrictions described below, you may use the images contained in the
NJBMX.ORG Website in digital or print (in total or clipped) for non-profit and educational purposes only.
For example, subjects to the restrictions described below, you may use these images in the creation of
private emails, posters, invitations, reports, or maps.
The Restrictions Are:
You may NOT rent, lease resell, sub-license or distribute any of the images or text in any electronic or paper form, including on any on-line services or the Internet. For example, you may NOT include the images or text in another software product for rent, lease, resale, or distribute the images on any on-line service.
You may NOT resell any hard copy product that contains images or text from the NJBMX.ORG Website. For example, you may not sell maps, posters or greeting cards etc., that contain images or text from the NJBMX.ORG Website.
You may NOT reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble the images in any form, that are contained in the NJBMX.ORG Website except to extent permitted in the Agreement Grant of License:
This Agreement permits you to copy the images contained in the NJBMX.ORG Website to any computer within the particular company office location, or individual home, to which the NJBMX.ORG Website was opened. It may not be distributed to any other office, company, website or individual’s home.
